All three styles offer size and customization options and require the same site preparation.

Yes, proper site prep is crucial if you want your shed to last. Failing to prepare the site properly can result in rapid shed deterioration, such as uneven settling and water damage to the shed foundation.

We recommend installing sheds on a stone pad. The pad should be at least 6” wider than the shed on all sides to ensure proper drainage and reduce splashback. An even more solid option is a concrete pad, although that is a more expensive choice.

Yes, you will most likely need a permit when placing a new shed on your property. Sometimes, a permit isn’t necessary if you are replacing an existing structure with another structure of the same size. To find out what permits are needed, talk to your local government office that issues permits and apply for the necessary permits. Myerstown Sheds & Fencing does not process the permits; it is the full responsibility of the customer.

Yes, when you purchase a shed from Myerstown Sheds and Fencing we can remove your old shed to make space for the new one. We only offer removal of your old shed when you purchase a new shed from us. Shed removal is an additional cost.

Yes, we can move sheds depending on their condition, your property layout, and our schedule. Send us pictures, and we’ll get back to you with a quote or refer you to another shed moving company that is better suited for the project.

No, we typically do not repair sheds services. Instead, we partner with Shed Repair LLC for shed repair inquiries. If your outdoor structure needs repairing, contact Shed Repair LLC.

However, if your shed was purchased from Myerstown Sheds & Fencing and is still under warranty, please contact us with photos and a description of the issue. We’ll assess the damage and arrange for the necessary repairs.

Yes, unless specified otherwise, all sheds are delivered fully assembled. If your property has no access for delivery equipment, we may need to crane the structure into place or build it on-site. Building kits are also available for some models.

To ensure we can get the structure to the desired location, a path that is at least two feet wider than your structure is required. A wider path is necessary if we need to make turns and corners. Many structures require a clearance of at least 14’ in height, but this may vary. To learn more about shed deliveries, check out our shed delivery page.

We install Vinyl, Chain Link, and Aluminum fencing.

There is a $50.00 revision fee for all revisions or cancellations made 24 hours after the time of the order. A transaction fee will also apply if paid and refunded by card.

We only offer returns for non-damaged items and stock items. Returned custom ordered items will incur a restocking fee. Large ticket items such as sheds, pavilions, gazebos, and pergolas are not returnable. (See store associate for details.)

Yes. We provide full service. We deliver, assemble, and anchor the set so it’s ready for play the same day.

Yes, we can level the ground and prepare the base to ensure your set is level and safe.

With a vinyl playset you'll have very little maintenance with no splinters, rotting, or peeling. The thick vinyl sleeves protect a heavy-duty wood core from the elements. Vinyl also stays cooler in direct sunlight than stained wood.

1. ASTM F1487 Standards: These govern the technical safety (gap spacing, height, and structural load). All our commercial sets are certified to meet or exceed these.
2. ADA Accessibility: Public playgrounds must be accessible. We can design your set with transfer stations or ramps to ensure you are fully compliant with the Americans with Disabilities Act.
